Realty Messages is proudly an online tool that you can access from anywhere with an Internet or mobile connection. This mobility allows you to quickly check, edit and change your real estate advertising on the fly. No need to sit in front of your computer only at your office or home.

What Do I Do With The Rider If I Have No Listings?


You have two options for your Rider if your listing sells:
Option 1: Keep the Rider for a new listing. This is the most popular choice amongst our realtor and leasing agent clients. All Riders can be re-used. Simply remove the sold listing information that is matched to the Rider in question, and replace it with your new listing details. All this can be done online and the changes are instant. The Rider is now loaded and ready to be used for your new listing. This is a good option if your new listing falls within your 30 day billing cycle. If your next listing is outside of your 30 billing cycle, simply stop the billing cycle until you get your next listing then restart the service again. Yes, it’s that simple.
Option 2:Cancel your account and return the Rider. If you feel you will no longer need that Rider or any other Riders in your possession, you can return the Rider back to us and cancel your account. How Do I Unsubscribe From Realty Messages?


Unsubscribing from Realty Messages is as simple as just clicking the "Cancel Account" button. You will find this button at the bottom right hand corner of every page. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your account has been cancelled. You can do this any time before the next monthly billing cycle. Otherwise, your account will automatically be charged every month.

How Much Does It Cost?

Do I Need To Install Special Software On My Computer?


There is no special software required. All you do is add your listings through your administration control panel when you log in. You can access this from any computer anywhere there is an Internet connection. To test the QR code on your Rider, you will need a QR Scanning Application. Most smart phones will already have this app. If not, you can go to the app store of your phone manufacturer and download the app for your phone. These QR Code Scanning apps are usually free to download.

Do You Include Sign Riders?


Yes. They are included as part of your subscription fee. You receive one rider for each listing package you subscribe to.

Is There A Charge To The Buyer For Using The Service?


We do not charge the potential buyer or renter anything. Depending on their individual mobile phone plan, they might be extra charges in accordance with their wireless carrier agreement plan for texting or data download plans. That however is dependent on each individual user’s mobile carrier plan.

Can I Change Or Temporarily Pause My Plan If I Need To?


Yes. Absolutely! You can temporarily put your plan on hold if you are going on vacation or for other reasons. No charges will incur during this time. Changes are simple to make. You can do this yourself at any time by logging into your administrator control panel. You will only be billed in monthly increments. There are no part payments or charges. Just make sure you pause your monthly payments before the next 30 day billing cycle starts.
