1. Register or Log In
If you are new to Realty Messages, simply point and click to the “Log Me In” or “Try It Free For 30 Days” button that you will find on any of the pages. Once there, either log in or register. You’ll then be taken to the Realtor Administration Control Panel.
2. Create Your Listing
You are now logged into the Realty Messages Realtor Control Panel. In here, you have full control over your entire Realty Messages mobile marketing real estate advertising account. You can now edit, add, or delete your property listing. Other functions here allow you to upload images for each listing, remove any listing details, re-list the property, or simply check the daily stats of your qualified realtor leads for each property. You will be assigned an exclusive code for your property. Anyone can use our service because it is supported by all the major wireless carriers and can be accessed by 99% of all cell phones with text messaging service. You can also put the text code on all other marketing for your listing such as newspaper ads, magazine ads, post cards and brochures.
3. Receive Your Rider
Usually overnight or within days, you will receive your new Realty Messages Rider via courier. This is included with your subscription for no additional monthly fee and doesn’t impact the number of listings you have with us. Actually we will leave the property listing number section open so you can re-use this Rider again. It’s faster then ordering a new one. We suggest you use an erasable marker to write down the next new Realty Messages Property listing number (RMPL#).
4. Attach Your Rider
Once you receive your new Rider; attach it to your current property listing sign. Attaching your Rider can be as simple as placing it in the top slot of your sign post or with zap straps if you wish to hang it. If you are re-using a Rider, you can also re-assign a new property listing to the same RMPL# and re-use it again.
5. Buyers Text Your Listing
Your Real Estate Advertising on your sign is now interactive. Any potential buyer or renter that sees your Rider can now text it for more information on your property. Each time they do that, their mobile number and time will be captured into your database within your control panel. If they contact you again asking for more information after texting, they will are now better qualified buyers or renters.
6. Check Your Daily Stats
For each potential buyer or renter that texts your real estate advertising listing, that inquiry will be recorded and sent into your database for that corresponding listing. Your daily stats will include the, number of visits per listing, date, time, mobile phone number, and secondary inquiries for pictures and data sheet information. 7. Receive Instant Notification
