How Can You Pay

All prices are in US dollars and Realty Messages currently accepts VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. You will be set up for a monthly recurring payment until you cancel.

What You Need

You don't need to download anything to use Realty Messages for your real estate advertising. We host everything for you. As long as you have an Internet connection or your mobile phone, you can use Realty Messages from anywhere.

What Steps Are Involved In Using Realty Messages?


Setting up the Realty Messages mobile real estate advertising service is really simple. In the first step you Log into your administration control panel and follow the simple instructions to list your property and download any photos that you may have for it. Upon completion, you'll be given the RMPL# (Realty Messages Property Listing Number) and your own QR code for each of your listings immediately. Your Rider with the corresponding RMPL# and QR Code will then be sent out to you.

What Defines A 'Listing'?


For each property that you list to sell, that is considered one “Listing”. Correspondingly, you will receive one Rider for one listing. So if you have ten listings, you will then receive ten Riders. Each Rider will have a unique Text and QR code that is only matched with that one listing.

Do You Offer Refunds?


Once you have already paid for the 30 days of service, there are no refunds. To prevent any further charges, you are required to cancel your account with us before the beginning of the next 30 day billing cycle. So if your next recurring 30 day billing cycle starts on the 5th of the next month, you may cancel any time before the 5th to stop the next payment. There are no further commitments and you may cancel at any time.

Is There A Minimum Commitment?


Realty Messages is a month-to-month real estate advertising service. There is no contract or long-term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again. There are no fixed-term contracts. Just pay monthly for as long as you want to continue using Realty Messages for your real estate advertising. You are free to leave at any time.

What Happens When I Sell a Listing?


If you sell a particular listing that is matched with a Rider, you have two options. You can cancel the monthly payment for our service with that Rider and reactivating that same Rider with a new listing at a later date. Or, if you think that you will have a new listing within the same 30 day billing cycle for that Rider, you can re-use the same Rider for the new listing. In this case, you don’t need to do anything other than to replace the property information with the new listing so you can re-use the same Rider.
